Your use of this website is at your sole risk. If you are dissatisfied with the website or content of the site you are sold, the exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.
All products sold on this site are for adult use only and by ordering on this site you certify that you are of legal age and not prohibited from purchasing the products. Merchandise listed herein is not for sale in any state district of territory where the receipt, possession sale of use of any such merchandise is prohibited.

Important Buyer Information
1. In all cases, contact us with any questions before purchase.
2. Ensure item specifications for the item you are purchasing. Photos many times are stock photos and while they represent the product, additional photos are included that might represent other configurations of the item. Item Characteristics will contain the item UPC and additional item specific information, where available.
3. Read and understand all Information under Additional Terms and Conditions. Ask questions if you do not understand something or need clarification.
4. If not satisfied that the item specification and description is what’s expected, email for clarification.
5. Complete purchases by making immediate full payment. Buyers will be contacted shortly after completed purchase.
6. Complete purchase by paying with any of the methods detailed in the listing.
7. BUYER ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH.
8. For Firearms - Email Dealer's FFL (Referencing buyer name and any identifying listing information, item id, etc). ENSURE FFL INCLUDES THE FFL PHONE NUMBER, RESPECTIVE LISTING INFO, AND EMAIL.
Buyer is solely responsible for knowing Buyer’s State's laws regarding sales, purchase, and ownership of firearms and firearm parts and accessories.
If due to Buyer's State laws, or Buyer denial, Buyer background check flag, firearm is not transferable through lawful means, transferring FFL dealer must retain firearm and determine appropriate and lawful disposition of firearm. This should/may include holding of the firearm until outstanding issues affecting transfer are resolved. Work with your FFL to resolve transfer issues. Under no circumstances can firearms be returned to Seller, S3S Tactical Solutions LLC.
Item Images
Photos may be stock photos from the manufacturer, provided by the manufacturer, and in some cases, may not be the exact variation of the firearm described in the item description but, depict the general appearance. Where and when possible, photos of the actual product are provided, though the actual serial number may be different from any number visible in listing photos.
Firearms and accessories remain in factory packaging. In some cases, bulk purchase items may ship out of factory packaging.
Additional Terms of Sale
· All firearms, unless specifically noted, are new from manufacturer, in manufacturer packaging.
· Unless specifically stated, order processing may take 2 – 5 business days to process from inventory prior to shipping to your FFL. When a purchase ships, a tracking number will be provided to an email address of purchase record.
· Upon purchase, please contact your FFL to have them forward to us a copy of their FFL license and FFL administrator name to: ffladmin@s3stactical.com
· Please also contact us by email to provide your purchase information related to the items sale, to include your email address, FFL addressing information, even though your FFL will provide same. This will ensure we match the purchase to the item and purchaser.
Payment
NOTE: Payment for all items must be completed at time of purchase.
· Payment for all items is to be made in full to include additional fees, applicable taxes, to include shipping, credit card processing, and special handling, where applicable.
· Personal Checks, Money Orders, USPS Money Orders, Bank Checks, Certified Checks, are welcomed and do require a holding period through our finance institution to clear. Personal check clearance may take up to 5 business days. Please understand, no item shipment will occur until all payment forms have cleared through our finance institution. Credit card purchases, ship within the allotted two (2) to ten (5) business days after confirmed receipt of funds.
· To expedite CC payments, Buyer should ensure their correct address information is provided exactly as it is associated with the credit card billing, statement, and/or listed on your account by your financial institution.
· Declined payment, for any reason, until resolved, Buyer may have a hold placed on the funds and/or show a pending charge that will clear when payment issues have resolved, and may not release until hold is lifted by Buyer's bank or financial institution.
· Declined payment, from any form of payment may subject to an assessment per incident, or the rate accessed by the financial institution to the Seller, whichever is more.
State Sales Tax
· Sales tax is assessed on sales, for sales originating from item listing and sale state, and elsewhere, where required by governing laws.
FFL Requirements
· Firearms are unique serialized items, controlled by Federal Regulations, each purchase requiring a background verification prior to transfer, therefore in all cases, shipped only to a confirmed FFL. Buyer's selected FFL will complete final transfer, Form 4473.
· Buyer assumes responsibility for contacting their FFL dealer to have a copy of a signed, and legible FFL provided to the Seller. Auction or purchase site selected FFL’s still require all FFL documentation be received from the FFL, sent to Seller at email address above or: FFLadmin@s3stactical.com.
· When sending required FFL documentation, Buyer must ensure the FFL includes the following:
a. Item listing number, or auction number, or item purchase number, as applicable.
b. Buyer’s name.
c. FFL's business name, if applicable.
d. FFL's business address, phone number, where firearm is to be sent.
e. FFL's ATF Administrator name, may also be the FFL name.
f. FFL's addresses must match between what the FFL provides and that listed on the FFL license document, and verification through ATF database.
g. FFL documentation must be received and validated prior to firearm(s) shipment.
h. Buyer's selected FFL documentation, PDF copy, must be sent to FFL Admin, S3S Tactical Solutions, by email at the above FFL email address, or FFLadmin@s3stactical.com.
Shipping
· Unless specified, shipping for firearms is generally ground service with insurance and direct signature confirmation, only to Buyer's selected FFL address within the contiguous lower 48 states, and where legal.
· Unless specified, shipping for long guns, rifles, is generally ground service with insurance and direct signature confirmation, only to Buyer selected FFL gun shop within the contiguous lower 48 states, and where legal.
· A shipping estimator may be provided as an estimator of shipping and handling fees. Only an estimate, actual shipping charges must always be applied, and may vary from estimated values, may be lower.
· Items are generally processed and shipped within two (2) to ten (5) business days. Where applicable, Buyer to be notified of item shipment with respective tracking information.
· Shipping costs are per sale and if multiple items are purchased, and may be combined with other items for shipment, maintaining a single fixed fee.
· Overnight delivery orders are expensive and should be delivered by the carrier next business day. Orders, shipping on Friday's, order should be delivered on Saturday or Monday, carrier dependent.
· Shipping fees are not refundable.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipment will only address to the state listed and verified Buyer account address, and corresponding state of Buyer’s FFL dealer. Buyer and FFL state must match.
Buyer is solely responsible for knowing whether they can legally complete purchase and shipment, and transfer of said firearm within Buyer state.
· Purchase and shipment only within lower, contiguous, 48 states.
· Hawaii: No sale or shipment.
· Alaska: No sale or shipment.
· Washington, DC: No sale or shipment.
· No International shipments.
· No shipping to New York City, New York, no exceptions.
· States and localities with High Capacity (HC) firearm magazine restrictions, Buyer assumes liability for applicable state law of Buyer residence state.
· California: Generally, no sale or shipment.
Warranty
Firearm warranty related issues must be handled through the manufacturer. We will assist where we can. We are unable to accept returns of firearms for warranty reasons.
Policies
· We regret that we cannot offer refunds or accept returns on new items. Once a firearm has shipped to a Buyer/FFL, the firearm is no longer in secured control of the Seller. We cannot be accountable or liable for the firearm once released to shipping. We simply do not have a way of accounting for firearm(s) once out of our control.
· We are unable to offer layaway, payment plans, or trades toward completion of purchase.
· We are unable to provide local pick-up service.
· Shipment tracking numbers will be provided to Buyer to track shipment at Buyer convenience.
Item Availability
Item(s) availability is subject to change without notice, subject to sale without notice, subject to availability due to changing inventory supply. Item listings may conclude without notice due to inventory supply or sale.
Liability
s3s Tactical Solutions, Seller, shall not be held liable, shall be held harmless, against Buyer firearm safe handling, injury, death, and/or property damage from direct or indirect use or misuse, intentional or unintentional discharge. Buyer bidding and/or completing purchase of this firearm, Buyer agrees to release Seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use of or misuse of this item. Buyer agrees that completing purchase of this item, is in accordance with Buyer's Federal, State, and Local laws, is for lawful purposes, and accepts unconditional responsibility and consequences thereof. Buyer further agrees to all terms set forth for completing purchase of firearm, in this listing and by the respective listing service.
Additional Information
S3S Tactical Solutions LLC works exclusively with firearms distributors, specializing in firearms and shooting sports accessories. All merchandise is new, new in box, unused, unless otherwise specified. Many firearms companies will include a spent shell casing as a manufacture test fire, at the manufacturing facility, before cleaning the firearm and packaging. That empty casing is included, where provided by the manufacturer, within the packaging.
S3S Tactical Solutions does not perform any test fire of firearms received from distributors.
Firearms remain in the factory packaging until shipped to your local dealer and are not on retail display. Prior to shipping, original box is opened, firearm is inspected and serial number is recorded (Federal Law), original box is resealed, item is shipped.
S3S Tactical Solutions has access to industry wide selections of firearms and accessories. Our low overhead and unique business model allow us to provide quality firearms to the Buyer at pricing Big Box stores would have difficulty matching. If there is a particular item of special interest, and not available through our website or listing services, let us know. We will locate it and make it available for purchase, with no additional locator fees. We are connected to a vast network of providers. Let us do the leg work for you.
High Capacity Magazines
A large capacity magazine is any ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than prohibited by the city or state.
Please check your local laws before ordering large capacity magazines. Buyer is responsible for knowing their state laws.
States with limitations: Please verify with a local FFL dealer that the firearm you are looking at is legal to own in your area. We do not substitute or change magazines, make alterations to firearms or ship to areas where the item is prohibited. Do not purchase firearms with high capacity magazines if they are not allowed in your area.
Law Enforcement
